Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited to phmaya.

phmaya services are intended for persons physically located in the Philippines or Filipino nationals as permitted under applicable PAGCOR regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phmaya is legal in your jurisdiction at the time of access. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active phmaya account. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts held under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
All phmaya accounts are subject to KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and upon request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation for larger deposit amounts. phmaya may suspend account access pending KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmaya login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify phmaya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phmaya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. All transactions processed through your account before the notification of unauthorized access are your responsibility.
You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your email address and Philippine mobile number — current and accurate at all times. phmaya uses these details for security verification, withdrawal processing, and regulatory compliance notifications.
phmaya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. The available payment methods displayed at the time of deposit represent the current offering and may be updated by phmaya without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount at phmaya is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 (₱100). Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day as displayed in your account settings. Deposits are credited to your phmaya wallet in Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phmaya reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name. Deposits made in violation of this rule will not qualify for any bonus offers.
In the event of a failed deposit transaction where funds have left your payment account but have not been credited to your phmaya wallet, please contact [email protected] with transaction reference details. phmaya will investigate within two (2) business days. phmaya is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests from phmaya are processed to the Player's registered Philippine payment account (GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO). Withdrawals to accounts not registered in the Player's name will be rejected. Processing times are typically within one (1) hour for GCash and Maya, and one to three (1–3) business days for bank transfers.
Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal from phmaya may be processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw until identity verification is successfully completed.
The minimum withdrawal amount from phmaya is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined. phmaya does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
phmaya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmaya platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phmaya content without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phmaya's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your phmaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of phmaya, even if phmaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmaya does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. phmaya will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
phmaya may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
Upon termination for breach, phmaya reserves the right to withhold and void any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances (verified deposited funds not subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account following a compliance review, which may take up to thirty (30) business days.
You may close your phmaya account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not exempt you from obligations arising prior to the closure date, including outstanding chargebacks or disputed transactions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phmaya's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
phmaya's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight and Philippine gaming regulations. In matters of regulatory interpretation, PAGCOR's determination shall take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
phmaya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the phmaya platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of phmaya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phmaya and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
